Meet Cole! Originally from Connecticut, Cole made the move to Pittsburgh to join Dynamo’s talented team of individuals from all different backgrounds. With his finance degree and excitement for logistics, he’s embraced the wild world of sales and is making his mark at Dynamo.
Where did you go to school and what did you study?
I attended Framingham State University, where I majored in finance and double minored in business administration and economics.
How did you first hear about Dynamo?
Funny story, a friend of mine had a relative at the company who kept talking about it, and their excitement got me curious about the role and the company!
How did you become interested in going into the logistics industry?
After a few conversations with people already in the industry and seeing the energy and atmosphere, I was hooked on the idea of moving and joining the team!
What’s your favorite part of your job?
My coworkers—having a team I enjoy makes all the difference.
What keeps you at Dynamo?
I really enjoy the people here and the potential for growth – they keep me motivated every day.
If you could go back in time and tell yourself one thing about your job search, what would it be?
Take a chance on sales—it’s opened up so many opportunities I hadn’t expected.
For someone about to start a career in sales and logistics, what would you tell them?
There’s a lot of fun and freedom, but it comes after putting in consistent, hard work.

Moving from coverage to sales. It was a big shift, and I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything!
