At Dynamo Freight, our team is made up of talented individuals who come from a variety of backgrounds from around the country. We sat down with Mike Lewarchik, part of our Carrier Management team, to learn more about how his background led to beginning his career at Dynamo.
How did you first hear about Dynamo?
I actually found the company and the position while browsing through Indeed.
What experiences led you to start your career in logistics?
I come from a background of sales, and being able to build upon that experience has really allowed me to grab the role by the horns.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
The collaboration and the teamwork that is involved with my day to day. I really enjoy working with my team, they’re the best in the business!
How would you describe the company culture at Dynamo Freight?
Dynamo has a great culture going here – everything and everyone is positive. Very collaborative, very team oriented, that helps everyone accomplish their day.
What keeps you at Dynamo Freight?
It’s pretty crazy to see the company growth from the time that I’ve been here. The team has grown, the business has grown, and it’s only getting bigger and better.
What is the most memorable change that has happened at Dynamo Freight in your time with the company?
The most memorable change with the company is hands down watching how far we’ve grown in my time here. Our office space has more than doubled, the workload has grown, as well as the team itself.
For someone about to start a career in sales and logistics, what would you tell them?
The industry and work itself is extremely rewarding, but the company and my co-workers make work fun. Most days I don’t even feel like I’m at work – time flies when you’re having fun 😊
